Why is it free?
We charge companies to advertise to students on the site, but in
order to attract students to the site we need to have content for
them. Allowing landlords to display their properties for free on
the site provides the content we need - a win-win situation! How much traffic is there?
We are currently attracting about 200,000 students a month (Jan
2005).
How do you know if it is successful?
Our 1 click email system facilitates the communication between
landlords and students. With 1 click - a student can have a
preformatted email sent to the Landlord on their behalf. We are
able to track these emails and a landlord can expect to receive about
5 enquiries a week per house. This does not include the
students who visit landlord websites or rings them directly as a
result of an advert on our site.
How many Landlords/Agents use your site?
We have over 6000 registered landlords and Agents and over 15000
properties Japan wide. These numbers are growing fast.
